Kimberli is a self-taught cheese maker who is very passionate about her craft. She leads a very busy life juggling work and family. Kimberli will be running
two one-day courses and students can choose either Saturday or Sunday.
This is a hands-on course making making Camembert Cheese and Ciabatta Bread. Over the day while making the cheese and bread students will talk about the equipment and cultures needed
for cheese making. They will also have a cheese tasting.
Kimberli personalises recipe sheets and a glossary sheet of chees terms for each student.
