Watercolour Painting

Everyone enjoys Ben`s classes and we are pleased to have Ben tutoring again this year.
Last year Ben tutored the Woodfired Oven Constuction class (pizza oven).
You will need to bring:
1. Good Brushes (1 medium and 1 small) sable or squirrel.
2. Water for drinking and painting
3. An easel if you have one or a wood support(ply or customwood approx 350 x 450mm)
4. Palette or plate for mixing paints.
5. 2B pencil and rubber.
6. Book of watercolour sheets or 2 x large sheets(recommend Arches 240gsm).
7. Roll of gum tape(you could share this with another student as you will not need it all).
8. Paints - either tube or tablets, any paints you already have but some suggestions are
8. Cadmium Red, Cadmium Yellow light, Raw Umber, Raw Sienna,
French Ultra Marine, Thalocyanine Green.
9. Foldaway chair for working outside.
